The one-shot60-75 min

The Crystal Oracle

A new marble statue appears each month, and the last is someone the party knew. The trail leads to a cavern of crystal veils where a gorgon offers answers in exchange for silence.

The New Statue

At dawn, a fresh statue stands in the square, its face twisted in surprise. A nearby quarry hand collapses mid-cry, skin frosting with stone. The crowd surges, begging you to stop whatever is turning people into marble.

This is rescue and investigation. The party must stabilize the quarry hand, calm the crowd, and find the trail to the quarry before another victim hardens. Hint that the gorgon has answers - but they come at a price.
