Amphibious. The oracle can breathe air and water.

Truth Sense. The oracle knows when a creature within 30 ft. speaks a deliberate lie.

Tidal Bond. While partially submerged in seawater, the oracle has advantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks and cannot be surprised.

Brine Lash. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d10 + 2) bludgeoning damage.

Memory Tithe. The oracle targets one creature within 30 ft. that can hear her. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or become charmed for 1 minute as a vivid memory surfaces. While charmed, the target has disadvantage on Wisdom checks. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.

Tidal Surge (Recharge 5-6). The oracle commands the sea in a 20-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be pushed 15 ft. away and knocked prone.

The Tidemark Price

The party seeks knowledge from a sea oracle who speaks only at low tide. She offers answers but demands a memory from each petitioner, and the sea itself enforces the bargain.

The Receding Shore

The tide pulls back further than it should, exposing a shelf of pale rock carved with spiraling grooves. Salt crusts the air. At the far end of the shelf, a figure sits half-submerged in a shallow pool, green hair drifting like kelp. She watches you without blinking.

Establish the oracle's presence and her rules. She speaks only to those who wade into the shallows and place a hand in the water. She will not answer questions until the party agrees to her terms. If anyone approaches with weapons drawn, the tide surges and blocks the path.
